Departure of Executive Vice President and Principal Financial Officer On May 21, 2026, Erie Indemnity Company (the “Company”) announced that Julie M. Pelkowski will retire as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the end of 2026. Ms. Pelkowski has been employed by the Company for more than 25 years and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2023. There was no disagreement or dispute between Ms. Pelkowski and the Company which led to her decision to retire.
