Other Events   On October 14, 2025, Liberty Media Corporation (“Liberty Media”) issued a press release announcing that it will hold a virtual special meeting of its holders of Series A Liberty Live common stock and Series B Liberty Live common stock on Friday, December 5, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. M.T.
