Item 8.01 Other Events.

On March 11, 2026, Wynn Resorts, Limited (the "Company") issued a press release offering an update on Wynn Al Marjan Island, an integrated resort under development in Ras Al Khaimah, in the United Arab Emirates. The Company has a 40% equity interest in Island 3 AMI FZ-LLC, an unconsolidated affiliate, which is constructing Wynn Al Marjan Island. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
