Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Yvonne McGill resigned from the Board of Directors of Applied Materials, Inc. (the “Company”), effective September 12, 2025. Ms. McGill’s resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
