Subsequent to January 31, 2026, the Company issued notice of redemption for any and all outstanding of its 6.694% Senior Notes due January 2027. The Company expects the aggregate redemption price to be approximately $289 million, and to recognize a pre-tax loss of approximately $9 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2026 as a result of this redemption. Subsequent to January 31, 2026, the Company recognized a tax benefit of $62 million, due to the resolution of certain tax matters.
