Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 20, 2026, Bath & Body Works, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a notice of partial redemption for $250 million aggregate principal amount of the Company’s outstanding 7.500% Senior Notes due 2029 (the “Notes”). The redemption date for the Notes will be August 19, 2026. The redemption price for the Notes will be equal to 101.250% of the principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed, plus accrued interest thereon to, but excluding, the redemption date. The foregoing does not constitute a notice of redemption for the Notes.
