A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. While it is too early to ascertain the exact cost of the voluntary medical device correction, the Company currently expects to incur up to $40 million of costs associated with this event, all in 2026. These costs will be excluded from adjusted results. Accordingly, Insulet is not changing its previously issued 2026 guidance as a result of this voluntary action.
