Item 8.01. Other Events.
Olivier Lemire has been appointed as President, U.S. Coffee of Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Lemire has been with the Company since 2011 and previously served as President of the Company’s Canadian business. Patrick Minogue, the Company’s former President of U.S. Coffee, will remain with the Company to support the transition to his successor through September 30, 2025.
