Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On December 12, 2025, Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. issued a press release announcing the fourth quarter cash dividend of $1.56 per share to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2025. The dividend will be paid to stockholders on January 15, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
