Item 7.01.  Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On December 2, 2025,
Chief Executive Officer, Hilton Schlosberg, and other senior management team members (collectively, the “Management Team”)
of Monster Beverage Corporation (the “Company”) will host an investor meeting to provide an update on the Company’s
business and operations.

 

The Company’s presentation
will be open to all interested parties as a live webcast at approximately 4:45 p.m. Eastern Time on the “Events &
Presentation” section of the Company’s website at www.monsterbevcorp.com. A copy of the slides that will be used in the meeting
is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. For those who are not able to join the live webcast, the event will be archived for approximately
one year on the website.

 

In addition, as previously
announced, the Management Team will participate in a fireside chat at the Morgan Stanley Global Consumer & Retail Conference
on December 3, 2025. The Company’s presentation will be open to all interested parties as a live webcast at www.monsterbevcorp.com,
under the “Events & Presentations” section, at approximately 12:45 p.m. ET.
