Monster Beverage Corporation (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved and declared a 2-for-1 split of its common stock that will be effected in the form of a 100% stock dividend. Each stockholder of record on July 24, 2026 will receive a dividend of one additional share of common stock for each then-held share, to be distributed after close of trading on August 10, 2026. The Company anticipates its common stock to begin trading at the split-adjusted price on August 11, 2026. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. Item 9.01.
