As previously furnished, the Exhibit reflected a typo in the total operating expenses expected for the fourth quarter of 2025 on a non-GAAP basis, which has been corrected on Exhibit 99.1 to this Amendment No. 1. No other changes have been made to the Original Form 8-K. Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition. Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto is a replacement of the Exhibit furnished on the Original Form 8-K.
