(the “Company”) held its 2026 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, the stockholders voted on the following proposals, each of which is described in more detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 30, 2026. 1. To elect ten nominees currently serving as members of the Company’s Board of Directors (“Board”) to serve on the Board for a one-year term expiring at the 2027 annual meeting of stockholders. 2. To approve, on a non-binding advisory basis, the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers. 3. To ratify the selection of Deloitte & Touche LLP by the Audit Committee of the Board as the independent registered public accounting firm of the Company for its year ending December 31, 2026. Holders of shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, as of the close of business on April 20, 2026 were each entitled to one vote per share and voted together as a single class on each of the proposals.
